Clay, a recent graduate of Gordon-Conwell seminary, serves as our Middle School Youth Pastor. He is passionate about Jesus, ministering to students, cheering for the Georgia Bulldogs, and smokes a delicious pork shoulder. He and his wife Allie (the High School Youth Pastor) live in Upper Darby.

Allie serves with the youth alongside her husband Clay as high school youth pastor. She went to college in the area and has many years of youth ministry experience in both church and para-church settings. She loves being outside in the perfect fall and spring temperatures, reading, and doing crafts of all kinds. Allie and Clay live in Upper Darby.

Bruce serves as our Church Sexton and as such is responsible for the condition of the physical plant. If you see something that needs his attention or you have need for a special room setup, give Bruce a call or send him an email message. Bruce and his wife Nancy have worshipped here since 1978; they have three children and two grandchildren and reside in Upper Darby where he also serves as a volunteer firefighter.

Charlie Huntington, our volunteer administrator, supports Pastor Steve, the Church Officers, and Staff in projects and ministries. A retired businessman, he and his wife Joann live in Paoli and are blessed with two sons and daughters-in-law and six grandchildren.

Debbie is our Assistant to the Pastor. With Steve, she shares many of the ministry responsibilities in this active congregation. When not at NPC, Debbie teaches at Eastern Seminary and is an early morning figure skater for fun!

Joyce Nicolai serves as our Church Bookkeeper on a part-time basis. She and her husband Richard and their three children are longtime members of NPC. They reside in Narberth. Be nice to her; she draws up the checks!

Karen Pappas serves as our church secretary. She supports the Pastor and staff with various duties. You will probably hear her voice first when you call the church. She will help with information about church activites and services. She and her husband, Dean, have two children; Marie, 16, and Stephen 12. They live in Lansdowne, Pa.

Sherry is Minister of Music at NPC. She brings experience of many years in church music to this position. Sherry has a background of 35 years teaching Elementary School Vocal Music. She provides oversight for all areas of the Music Ministry.

Steve Weed is our Pastor and friend. Steve and his wife Teri live in Wynnewood with Bethany and Matthew. If you think you know something about baseball, try a trivia question on Steve. Bet you can't stump the pastor.

Terry Weyant comes to us from Atlanta Georgia where he was a children's pastor in the Midtown area. He has over 20 years experience in both "inreach" and "outreach" in children's ministries. He has a heart to see the children come to know God as Father in a faith that will last a lifetime.
