Music Ministry

NPC is blessed to have many talented musicians as members of the church who sing in the Adult Choir, play instruments and sing in our Worship Band, and provide offertory solos and special music.

Our worship services include a blended music style of contemporary and traditional. Each week, the service includes both beautiful hymn arrangements played by our skilled organist and uplifting contemporary songs led by our faithful Worship Band. We are thankful to have a 33-rank pipe organ, which includes beautiful Chime and Zimbelstern.

Contemporary Worship Band

The Worship Band plays towards the beginning of the service with the children and youth present and are available to play at other points in the service when needed. The Worship Band members have respect for each other and fun worshiping the Lord together!

Traditional Music and Choir
We have an historic organ, traditional choir and beautiful bell choir

All voice types are needed and welcome! Just have a heart for singing and serving the Lord through music.
The choir leads in worship each week at the 9:30 a.m. service.
Rehearsals are Sundays in the Choir Room upstairs at 11:00 a.m. directly following the Worship Service
Led by our Director or Music, Linda Pilacik.

Ringing out praise to the Lord!  From time to time the handbell choir plays the prelude to worship and provides music during the offertory. The bell choir practices weekly on Monday nights at 6:15pm.
If you are interested, please contact our Director or Music, Linda Pilacik

Special Music

From classical to folk, our special music is always a blessing. Many children and youth who are learning to play stringed instruments have blessed our congregation with their musical accomplishments during worship - and we are looking for more to join them! From singer song writers to classical pianists, we have so many talented musicians that share their gifts with us.

Technology and Audio
We have a great tech team that keeps things running smoothly.

Benefit Concerts
Our Worship Band Director and her husband (Sarah and Colin Comstock) lead a band called Found Wandering that performs a blend of traditional Christmas hymns and current songs in an annual Christmas concert open to the public benefitting a local mission cause.
